Brake system warning light - hyd pump or bomb?

Problem: Classic warning light when using brakes several times in a row.
Light goes away after few seconds when pump recharges the brake
accumulator(bomb).

Troubleshooting info:
Hydraulic pump and bomb were replaced in 1999. Pump was a rebuilt, bomb was
new. That was about 30k miles ago.
After shutting off the engine, 3 presses on the brake pedal will deplete the
bomb pressure - pedal gets hard.

Whats the probability that either pump or bomb is bad? I suspect 95% bomb
and 5% pump. What are your opinions?
I thought the bomb should last longer than this - - at least 10 years.
