215/55-16 would be the closest match diameter wise which impacts the speedo 
error.
205/60-16 is 2% larger but also narrower which presents less frontal area 
thereby improving aerodynamics marginally.
Weight is a factor too.
 Did a quick search at Tire Rack dotcom which now thankfully lists tire 
weights (finally!).

Tire 215/55-16 205/60-16
Kumho 711 22 lbs na
Dunlop SP sport A2 plus 25 lbs 22 lbs
Bridgestone Potenza G009 25 lbs 25 lbs
 These are listed in order of price. There are many more that were 
presented. These were the only ones I would consider, based on nothing more 
than experience and personal preference.
 Unless you have a desire for ultra performance the larger Dunlop seems the 
best choice. It is on the lighter side, it is narrower and would produce the 
fewer engine rpm's that you're interested in.
