Tire sizes for 99 90q, BBS spoke rims

I'm going to guess that it was a typo of  the 99 90Q
and you meant 89 90Q.  The size to go with then is
195/60-14.
I've got that size on a few of my cars; but use
185/65-14, 175=14 and 185/70-14 for winter use
