black trim below doors

I used a dremel with  a wire brush to clean off the loose stuff and the
loose rust, treated with POR's Metal Prep and applied POR-15 and then
topcoated with a generic gravel-guard spray from FLAPS.  It's been intact
for a couple years now on my 200q20v.
