4000 CS stumble on way to redline

As stated here previously... if you hit a "brick wall" at about 5200 
rpm, you have the wrong FPR.  If you can get past that and slowly 
struggle upward...

If cap and rotor "look a little worn" they are probably seriously in 
need of replacement.  As might be other "tune up" parts.
