Well, if your car had cruise at one point...it doesn't any more. You are definitly missing all the underhood goodies needed to make it work. There not even a CC rod and vacuum bellow attached to the throttle body anymore. By the way, based on the color, I wouldn't expect that coolant overflow tank to last too much longer...BTDT.
