t44 rear brakes

Hey q-listers-

Looking for a little help on rebuilding some v8 rear calipers.  The biggest
issue with these things seems to be the ebrake mechanism within the caliper
seizeing up.  I have 4 calipers sitting around (2 on car 2 on the shelf)
that all have this problem.  Looking thru etka, I don't see this piece
available for purchase seperately.  Is there a solution for this?  or do i
just need to buy some reman'd calipers to make it work.  I'm tires of
grabbing the e-brake and having a seized caliper!  I'm betting there's just
a seal that wear out letting dirt/moisture in.  And they should probably get
greased more often than most do.
