Here's a generic illustrated guide to overhauling the type of rear calipers
on most Audi sedans using discs with ebrakes pressuring the discs.

be a write-up there to explain the added photos. The big issue is removing
(safely) the spring-loaded circlip that lets you get to the chamber
containing the ebrake actuator parts so you can clean/regrease/reseal them.
Oh, yeah, the seal (#4) for the ebrake mechanism chamber reportedly is
available as a Chicago Rawhide part # 6405-CR16X24X7 HMS4R from
