Strange low power after startup

I/d look more at fuel supply issues. If it happens when warm it could be leaky injectors mucking things up when you start. That and/or early boost leak. Ever check your decel valve?

Subject: Strange low power after startup
I've been having an intermittent power loss with my 90 200t. Sometimes when I start it up (usually when warm) it will start, but when you press the gas the car hardly moves. If you press the pedal down more, the engine will start to stumble, and it is idling about 200 rpm lower than normal. If you feather the throttle, I can get the car to move, and generally after 10 seconds to a minute all of a sudden the power will come back to normal and everything will be fine unless you turn off the car, then the symptoms may or may not return.
The boost gauge will read into boost when the car is exhibiting the power loss, so I'm pretty sure it's not the turbo; it seems to me the car isn't getting the proper amount of fuel. Could my fuel pump be dying? It doesn't make any abnormal noises, though.
