I used a generic oil cooler kit when I replaced the oil cooler 
on my 200. It had fittings that screwed into the oil filter 
adapter/base. The hose pushed over the fitting's nipple, and 
was secured with a hose clamp:

You may be able to find the fittings separately. Try a racer's
supply house, or www.mcmaster.com.
