Try Daniel Stern Lighting (http://www.danielsternlighting.com).

He's pretty knowledgeable (although a bit opinionated, but aren't we all?)
and very cooperative with lighting performance needs. He's done GB's for
both the S-car's list and for the Saabaru list that I know of. If it exists,
then generally, he can get it if it's worthwhile. I know for one, that he
has  dichroic yellow fogs from Hella, they've got light that's filtered of
blue (for less eye fatigue) but the light color retains a "nearly" white
look. Better for lighting performance, but it won't produce that yellow
look. He probably has others.
