rear windows not working

Heh heh.  If it's not that simple, open the driver's door 
and pull back the rubber boot. Look for wires that are 
either outright broken, or nearly so. The repeated opening 
and closing of the door flexes the wires, which over time 
break.  The fix is detailed here:

If that's not it, you might pull the rear door switches
to see if you get 12V power to them.
