3B flywheel conversion problems...

Well I went to put the engine in today, got it out my front door and down the steps (interesting to say the least as I was by myself). So far I've hit two problems. First off KEP sent the wrong disc. The box was correct, but it's contents were wrong. I have the correct one comming overnight saturday delivery. I decided to keep going anyway to make sure everything went smooth tomorrow, and I'm glad I did. The 3b TO bearing I bought does not fit the 5ktq fork. The way it latches on isn't even close, and I see no way of adapting it to fit. Worse yet is the old 5ktq bearing BARELY mates to the springs on the 3B pressure plate. If I can't figure something out I'm going to try the 5k bearing and hope for the best I guess.

Jim/Jeff, any ideas whats going on? I'm thinking I need a 016 TO fork for the 3B bearing?

I weighed all of the new components BTW, I'll post more on this later, but suffice it to say that 10lbs is now missing from the driveline.
