The Audi 5000CS experience has cost my family tens of thousands of dollars
over the years. Why would I allow this? Because I feel it's such a cool car
that
I am willing to throw money at it to keep it in top shape. It's love. How or
why
I fell in love with a car that has so many glaring maintenance shortcomings,
let
alone that many parts are now becoming NLA, is a mystery as love usually is.
However, anyone who would seriously consider buying into a relationship
with the Type 44 without some sort of magic emotional spark or devine
inspiration would be an absolute idiot, imho. Audi itself wants to pretend
it never existed.
God bless us, everyone.
