NAC: Acura Integra questions

This list has been great help in troubleshooting problems with my Audi.  Does anyone know if a similar group exists for other cars?  A friend is having trouble with his Acura and I thought I'd post here for either advice on the problem, pointers to an Acura group, and/or a reliable mechanic in the SF Bay area.

Problem is with a 2000 Acura Integra with an H-series engine, 110,000 miles.  The compression is low on one cylinder, check engine light is on, and flashes when the engine idles (eg. while waiting at a stop light).  There is a noticeable vibration at low rpm. Gas mileage is down to ~ 18 mpg (typically 26 mpg highway).  Clearly, one cylinder is not firing.  
1.) What are the possible causes, and likely repairs required
2.) Could you recommend an Acura internet group/mailing list?

3.) Could you recommend a source for Engine Manuals?

4.) Could you recommend a mechanic in the bay area (near Daly City, 94014)
