NAC: Acura Integra questions

Problem  is with a 2000 Acura Integra with an H-series engine, 110,000 miles.  The compression is low on one cylinder, check engine light is on, and  flashes when the engine idles (eg. while waiting at a stop light).  There is a noticeable vibration at low rpm. Gas mileage is down to ~ 18  mpg (typically 26 mpg highway). Clearly, one cylinder is not firing.

  I have used their Ford Windstar forum for help with my van and it's  excellent. Can't say about the Honda/Acura forum, but it's a starting  point.
