Salvage Titles from NY state

It could be due to a t-bone collision. In many states if 4 panels are
damaged it is a total. It may also have been a dollar amount compared to its
value.
That's what happened to my 91 200 TQ 20V. $3K worth of damage in a driveway
accident. My friend's mother backed into my car hitting from the front
fender to the rear bumper. I bought it back, $3200 and got the car, and just
changed the front door. The rest of the damage was negligible.
