But if your key is on, and the car is moving and in gear, the engine
will probably start again... if anything is the goal of turning off the
engine at speed in a UA incident, it is to disengage the gears (put it
in N, shift to neutral, or keep clutch depressed) and basically coast
while braking to a stop.
