Interior space is similar, but I doubt there is interchangability.

For one, the rear seats in the Quantum wagon are wagon seats,
a split fold and tumble set-up. I don't know about the door cards.

As far as the front seats go, the Quantum seats are actually
VW/Recaro's similar to the A1/A2 GTi sport seats, so they're
actually quite good. In fact, it's worth checking out the driver's
side bolsters, as they're likely worn.

Also don't know about the dash, but the console appears to
be a black plastic version (as opposed to brown) of the '84
4000 Q's.
