The QSWs came with two seat choices:

Sport and regular.

I believe the GL5 version came fully equipped with
sports seats, sun roof and head rests for the rear
seats. This latter ones are more rare and look quite
nice in that it kind of takes away the typical wagon
aesthetic look.

In the QSW version (AWD wagon) I've only seen black
dashboards, which are made apparently of hard vinyl
with spongy cushion underneath. In the non QSW
version, wagons came in different interior choices
including light blue, brown and tan, from what I've
personally seen.

In QSWs, the bottom part of the dash is made of black
plastic, and no, if all the clips, screws are in place
as they should, the entire dash is rattle-free and
tight. You don't hear any interior noise from the
plastics and other materials in my QSW even when
crusing at 80-90MPH.

The dash of the QSW is totally different from that of
the 4KQ, at least the top portion of it and so is the
instrument cluster.
