OT: E-mail spoofing and how to prevent it

Ok recently I've been getting 70+ "Mail Delivery Failed" messages a day. Some spammer apears to be spoofing my e-mail address and doing his thing, and I'm getting all of the kickbacks from it. How can I stop this?

Please reply off list to minimise the ammount of flaming I get for the OT post ;-).
