If I understood Huw correctly, its one line that passes through a
mount. So you need to either splice or replace the line.
The most elegant is complete replacement. The next is to insert a new
section of line using metal fittings. The rubber hose and clamp idea is
OK, if you get it real tight.
Beware that if you fix one leak, you may spring another soon.
