Free '87 5KCSTQ in Rhode Island

HI Fellow Audinauts,
   
  I know I haven't been on the list in a long time; my wife and I have been traveling a bunch and now she wants me to get my '87 5KCSTQ out of the driveway. Last week I was going to donate it to the Diabetes Foundation, but the fellow who was going to pick it up said that because it didn't run they were just going to "GRIND-IT-UP"...not on my watch if I can help it. The car ran fine until I didn't use it for two year...now it will not turn over...not because it is frozen. Everything lights up when you turn the key to the "on" position, but nothing at all happens when you turn it to "crank". Probably a bad or stuck relay. The gray leather interior is fine, the Koni struts and shocks are fine, the car has a "chipped" ECU, all the panels are straight. The windsheold has a crack outside the drivers view and there is some rust starting just above the windshield. My snowtires are currently mounted.
