I have to say that I find the usual "consumer report" stories to be  
hyped up melodrama like they're aimed at 10 year olds and this  
certainly has the hallmarks("would you BELIEVE that you'd pay for  
repairs and they WOULDN'T be done?  SHOCKING!" etc) but...man, did  
Jiffy Lube get caught with its pants down.  5 out of 9 service  
centers ripping people off isn't a fluke, though I suppose it could  
be the honest-abe district manager :-)
