Jiffylube caught not doing billed maintenance

Me too. My CGT is too low up front for it to go up my ramps. :( What I do
is, the day before I go for an oil change, I slop some paint stripper onto
the filter. The paint jsut falls off and its really obvious the filter is
the old one. Even a tech with the intention of trying to scam me wont even
bothern to try when he/she sees it and its that obvious that the filter is
old. lol
