Jiffylube caught not doing billed maintenance

I didn't either before I put type 89 Cq H&R springs on her. Now the plastic
bumper cover hits the ramps before the tires do, so it just pushes the ramps
forward rather than driving onto them. It used to be a 10-15 min thing to do
and oil change, now its a PITA. Im considering ditching the springs just to
make oil changes easier. lol
