slipping ramps

My two solutions are;

A small strip of plywood with a cleat at one end to hold the ramps in
place. By the time my tires touch the ramp, they are already parked on
the plywood so the ramp doesn't go anywhere.

One of the marine vaccuum jugs that sucks the oil up through the
dipstick tube so I dont have to use ramps at all to go under the car. At
my oil change interval, I only have to change filters one of every 3
changes. That change I take to a local place that does good trustworthy
work and pay them to deal with the stupid plastic cover.
