My preferred internet source is:
http://www.autohausaz.com/index.html
Very good prices, and more obscure parts available -
search by part number gets you more than they list per
specific car.
Only drawback for me is they're in AZ and I'm in PA.
Planning is therefore required on my part (= bummer).
I've used http://catalog.thepartsbin.com/ a bit and
have not had problems. They are based (a WorldPac
front end) in NJ so I get next day delivery (if I
order early), no shipping $ if >$50, and no sales tax.
Hard to beat that.
I am local to http://www.bimmerparts.com/ and use them
in emergencies; sometimes I can pick up parts same
day. They are also my Amsoil source. The drawback is
sales tax, but the nature of my emergencies usually
far outweigh giving PA 5%.
