Ok, I don't have any pics, but I'll take some and send them to someone to
post.
The thermostat opens at 195, IIRC. I think I read that in the bentley, but I
can double-check.
The temp gauge went off the gauge before fixing the ground. After, it
reached about three quarters on the highway at higher temps. Now, it reads
1/3 to 1/2 of the gauge. I don't have the part #, but just pull the complete
cooler with lines and oil filter adapter.
And, yes, 2 guage wire for the ground. I don't mess around, and don't want
to replace it again. I got them at Autozone. It takes two, since you can't
buy one with the hole in the middle for the side of the battery box. Since
then, I've relocated the battery to under the rear seat, so the battery to
box one became useless, and the other had to be mounted elsewhere. I think I
used one of the rack mounting bolts then, but don't remember off hand. I'll
look when I see the car next. (my wife has the car in TX, and I only have
visitation rights)
