[urq] Diff lock actuators: repair

I've found those things to be handy to have around for sealing up a number
of things, like roofing tar cartridges and glue bottle spouts.  I've got
one I've been using on a large roofing caulk tube that has been moved from
one to another for the last three or four years, so they take stretching
and temperature changes well.
