Flywheel Bolts: Shouldered vs. Non-shouldered??

The link below shows a bolt just like the ones that
hold the Flywheel on my car. I did a search on Google
under "shoulder bolts" and this is what came up, so I
guess the ones I got are shouldered bolts.
