Is ETKA still what Audi/VW et. al. still use?  I seem to recall they were
going to something like ELSA?  Or is the new online only program just a
renamed/repackaged version of ETKA?

While not a BreakMyWallet fan  (except for their moto-cicles), I have to
give them kudos when it comes to the availability of information, and
ease of use.  When are the boys at Inglostadt going to give us something
