Solvent for orange headliner foam?

If you mean lying on their back and gluing it in place "in situ", not a 
good idea.  The edges need to be wrapped around the backer or it will 
look horrible (and probably start peeling).

You have to be careful, and lucky.  I had a 90Q one from a parts car 
that came out nicely, due to not too much glue.  After getting it 
re-covered (should have done it myself...), the one in my car did not 
come out so pretty - of course, I might not have been as careful.

Once all the trim is out, you might try gently using a putty knife to 
separate it from the roof.  Or even a putty knife with small amounts of 
solvent on its edge to help cut through the glue.
