Last question/update to '98 A6 QW rotors/pads (I think)

OK, found a local supplier who first quoted "offshore" parts - rotors at 
$42 CAD each, pads at $46...claims to have had NO problems with them, 
has sold 300 a month, etc.

Finally agreed to look up something else - Altrim OEM rotors $66 each, 
pads $89.

Obviously the OEM would be a 'better' product than the offshore...Altrim 
(I think that's what he said, Ultrim maybe?) is OK?  Not as good as 
Brembo/Zimmerman/??
