Good to hear from you again.  Impressed with your dedication to an aging V8.

Answers:
#1 where?  in your belly pan somewhere??  ;-)  a visit to a junkyard
would probably yield a donor clip from probably many different makes
of foreign cars.

#2 vacuum leaks could cause the miss.  check the usual culprits.  A
can of BG44K should clean up your injectors enough to cure it if it's
them.  Also you could pull the plugs and check for corrosion or gunk
down in the hole on the plugs seating/grounding surface.
