Why the "bounces" ?

Yes indeed, my ISP uses dynamic IPs. But I seem to remember there is a way to
setup static IPs. I'll look into this before accusing an obscure force of
preventing me to post too often :-)

I have had a lot of mail bounce as a result of using an SMTP server
which is on a dynamic IP rather than a static IP. The assumption by
some ISPs is apparently that if it involves a dynamic IP then it's
spam. Does your ISP use dynamic IPs?
