Why the "bounces" ?

Yes indeed, my ISP uses dynamic IPs. But I seem to remember there is a way to
setup static IPs. I'll look into this before accusing an obscure force of
preventing me to post too often :-)

I have had a lot of mail bounce as a result of using an SMTP server 
which is on a dynamic IP rather than a static IP.  The assumption by 
some ISPs is apparently that if it involves a dynamic IP then it's 
spam.  Does your ISP use dynamic IPs?
