project 4ktq Idle screw issues and vacuum leaks..

I decided to pull the TB apart and see what was going on with the idle screw and I discovered that the manifold side outlet had been blocked with silicone which would render the Idle screw inoperable...   So now with that fixed I am going to track down the vacuum leaks that are in the weld at the tb flange plate and see if that doesn't help things a bit....  I have my fingers crossed
