weird windows 1993 s4

Hey all,

Been awhile since I posted on here, I recently retired my 4kstq (the body 
couldn't hold together anymore) and due to the lack of decent 4kq's in the 
area I have ended up with a 93 s4 as a replacement. I have a most 
interesting dilema with the windows however. Whenever you roll up either 
rear window or the pass side window the others go down (only those three). 
The driver window operates properly. Looking at the diagrams it appears the 
pass window and the two rear windows share the same grnd 103 which 
eventually terminates at grnd 32. Anyone encounter this before?? Sound like 
a bad grnd?? Anyone know where exactly grnd 32 is?? Bentley says behind 
instrument panel left but is a kinda large area.
