wheel question

Are you doing this strictly for looks? Your other post seems to indicate
that cosmetics is your real intention.
H&R springs will lower the car about as much is practical, although you will
then run into some camber issues (excessive negative camber) that will wear
your tires unevenly, introduce some bump steer issues and will cause the car
to understeer significantly more.
Ed's suggestion of a 205/50 would work as long as you can find a 17x7" wheel
that will not cause issues with the front tie rods nor cause issues with the
rear
wheel wells.
These reasons are why my old 5ktq stayed stock ride height with Bilsteins
and I
ran 16x7" wheels.
You want monster wheels and tires, you need the flares of a 20v- search the
registry
for my name and take a look at my old 200q.
