'99 A6 wagon for $8500

hey all..still looking for a wagon..   drove past a local dealer today and 
they had a local '99 A6q 2.8 wagon w/ triptronic (new bodystyle) with 140k mi 
for $8500... was a trade in on a new car.  seemed to be in nice shape, and the 
shop who did the maintenance on it was one i trust.. 
but it was a tan car...ick..     did they ever come in black?   is that a 
good deal for the mileage, or is it too much?  also, there was seatbelts in the 
rear , on the floor inside the cargo area in the back..  is this for a 3rd row 
seating?
