is this drag time reasonable?

I saw that he had a 3B engine.
Looks like a roll cage in it too.
I didnt see the link to his website, it was late last night. I'll have to 
check that out.

The site claims it's a "stock" 80 Quattro.  The 10 second quarter
mile time, and the guy's website, show that to clearly not be true:

"Motorn: 3b motor 220hk 20v orginal från Audi 200-90 med eagle stakar
med special lager .
rs2 skvalpskydd ingen stödgördel"

There is a fairly extensive list of other modifications....
