re Audi sport colors

Thanks everyone for chiming in on this colorful subject.  I am going to try and run down the Rustoleum colors and compare them with ICI swatches.  Frankly the history of these cars is so deeply buried in the past, I do not think anyone will blame me if I am not too far from the correct shade,  Your collective experience will help me get there.

That sure was an amazing era.  I have the video material of the Trans Am events and seeing the pace and dynamics of those cars is impressive compared with the somewhat sterile environment today.

If anyone has watched those videos, I notice that the Audis seem to make a buzzing sound, which I guess is something to do with their wastegates.  My KW does not make anything like that noise but its kinda neat.
