back to the hood lid cable question - part numbers

Guys, I could have sworn I saved (was it Suffolk's?) post with the part 
numbers for the cable and golf tees, but I cannot find it.

Would the kind soul who posted those part numbers post them again? Also, 
did you order from the dealer?
