Another Blau Story

Since we are telling Blau stories.. I've ordered  many times from them. My
WORST order was a "bomb" for my early 90CQ I gave them the vin # and the
part number and $260 or so but got it put it on the shelf and kept putting
THAT job off. Months went by.. I had the CQ in a local shop for some work
remembered the accumulator took it down. They has the CQ  on the lift, guess
what ? I should of checked my order...later CQ bomb ,  so the shop
overnighted one from their supplier $330ish put it in. I bought the shop
people lunch (I screwed up with my parts I brought in)I called Blau and
complained and asked them what are you going to do ? They said we are sorry
we screwed up but it is over our time limit for refund/exchanges , sorry.  I
use lots of Internet places for "other " makes most would of refunded
something as a goodwill gesture :credit towards shipping, some credit toward
another order  or a free T-shirt ..something- not Blau .    Lloyd in
