Crank lock tool sources?

Does anyone have an alternate source for tool #2084, shown here?

I tried to order it from Blau, and they said they were having a hard time getting it and "the price has gone up since the last time we ordered this it is now $149.50" instead of the $109 listed on their website.  They at least gave me the option of canceling my order, which I did.  I'm not a cheapskate, but I'm not going to do some bait-and-switch thing either.  Is this a common VAG tool?  Thanks for any tips and advice.
