putting a auto trans in a '91 20VTQA

the ex wife's 89 100 avant auto was a real nice car,
although
a bit gutless of theline,  it would easily cruise
allday at 90mph 
with a/c cooking on a 100 degree day....

although the car was kept well maintained...
