013 vs 016 transmissions

Closely related versions of the 016 were also used in the Porsche 924 (after
77 I think) and 944. Tranny was rear mounted but is still the same basic
transaxle. Bell housing is different becuase no clutch in the back. Shift
rod goes thru the bell housing where the slave cylinder would be and no
pivot for the throw out arm. Don't know if these would matter since you may
not need a clutch with electric motor.
