Scott-
No way could I be that comfortable in the so-called "comfort" seats. I rode
shotgun in a car with
the comfort seats on a relatively short 2.5-3 hr. drive and the seats were
downright uncomfortable.
The sport seats in good condition are much, much more comfortable- I feel a
noticeable lack of support
without the side bolsters. I think the UrS seats are even better, although
much more confining.
Volvo seats are generally much more comfortable, even the flat-contoured
seats in a friend's 850 turbo.
Saab seats also tend to be very comfortable.
Then again, I prefer heavily bolstered Recaro seats or similar- I'm willing
to bet that the Mazdaspeed
seats made by either Bride or Recaro are much more comfortable than the
stock seats for long drives
in my daily driver. I really miss the comfort of the 200 on long drives.
