Yep, my MFTS is an original 4-pin VDO.  And with the mileage of the car at
approx. 56,000 miles that makes it just about the time it should normally
start getting baft on me.  :-()  I am also taking this as a premonition that
it's time to do the timing belt.  Just for good measure.  And because I'm
paranoid.
