This site is full of invaluable info on troubleshooting boost problems. I'm
guessing it will provide a good foundation for applying the knowledge that
you will receive from the more intelligent (than I) listers on this site.

I'll throw my $0.02 in, though, and guess that a vacuum hose is cracked
someplace, maybe the turbo exit boost hose or the hoses at the rear of the
intake manifold.

Maybe hit the list with a bit more info on the boost/lack thereof. Are there
certain conditions that seem to coincide with the problem?
